Why are we doing this? Linspire is a home user operating system and we want to make sure that our users get the most bang for their buck.
Will we be getting rid of the download edition? No, the download edition will continue to be $29.99 USD and available
Are you doing this because of lack of sales? No, we were extremely happy with sales of the $79.99 boxed set. We are doing this to remain competitive in the market place. We are extremely pleased with our standing in the home, education and enterprise markets.
Will my current agreement change? No, you will still get 12 months of free upgrades from the date of purchase.
